About the CRC Project

Implementing programs and routines to understand and lessen the emotional burden on CRCs and clinical RAs can help better navigate duties while fostering the coping strategies needed to do perform the role. To learn and to immerse in academic medicine, CRCs and clinical RAs need the support of research teams and institutions to navigate potential burnout and wellbeing.

Through a nationally-administered online survey, we hope to learn more about demographics, stress, well being, and social support among clinical research coordinators. We hope to enroll CRCs and clinical RAs across the U.S.  This research study is conducted by within the Department of Psychiatry at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
